Is the £25 deposit refundable?
Your £25 deposit locks in your Black Friday price and can’t be transferred to someone else. It’s non-refundable, unless treatment can’t go ahead for medical reasons, in which case we’ll refund it in full.
Does laser hair removal hurt?
Most clients describe it as a quick snap, like a rubber band. The Mediostar has built-in cooling to keep you comfortable, and small areas such as underarms take around 15 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
On average, a person need 6-8 laser hair removal sessions for long term reduction. With 4-6 weeks between sessions depending on the hair growth circles. We recommend starting with a course of 6, then reviewing your progress to see wheatear furthers sessions are needed. Your treatment plan will be tailored to your hair growth and the area being treated.
Is laser suitable for my skin type?
The Mediostar is suitable for most skin types, including darker skin. Your patch test confirms it before any treatment.
When does the offer end?
Black Friday prices are available until 23:59 on Friday 4 December 2026, or until packages sell out.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Every client has a consultation and patch test before treatment. It costs £29, and the full amount is credited to your first treatment.
What’s the difference between laser and electrolysis?
Laser uses light energy for long-term hair reduction and is ideal for larger areas of darker hair. Electrolysis treats each follicle individually and is a permanent method, so it suits grey, white, blonde and red hairs that laser can’t treat. Your specialist will recommend the right option for you.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. We have payment plans available. You can pay in 2 or 3
instalments. Please discuss this with your therapist.
