Absolutely obsessed with my waxing + laser hair removal experience!

I have been using Luxwax for years, initially just for waxing and over the last 18months for laser as well. I cannot rate them highly enough. I have seen various therapists over the time I have been going there and they have all been great. More recently I have been going to Gail and Oxana. I had Mel today for laser and waxing she was excellent as well. They all have such attention to detail, they are efficient but also take it at your pace and check in with you to make sure you’re ok throughout. Not to mention, the results from the laser and waxing have been great. No reactions and lasting results. It is a beautiful salon. Very clean. Fab facilities. Even though I’m not as local as I used to be I keep going back, I wouldn’t trust anywhere else now!

Absolutely incredible experience with Esmeralda! she is truly a perfectionist making the whole process surprisingly comfortable. Beyond her amazing technique, she's warm, personable, and made me feel completely at ease, it honestly felt like chatting with a longtime friend. Absolutely flawless experience with Esmeralda. I am baby smooth, she even did magic getting deep ingrowns to pop out relatively painlessly and extract them (very satisfying to watch).

She's also a joy to talk to, I felt like I was catching up with a friend! It was my first time at Lux Wax and genuinely excited to see her again as I will definitely return.

I used to come to LuxWax a few years ago before I moved out of the area and always had a positive experience, the staff always welcoming and providing an excellent service.

I went to LuxWax for a wax and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Esmeralda was so sweet and welcoming, also made sure I was super comfortable the whole time. I was quite nervous prior in case I wouldn’t be able to handle the pain but honestly it was super quick and almost completely pain free! I found this place on Google and due to the amazing reviews I decided to check it out and I’m so happy I did because there’s nooo way I’m going anywhere else now. Best experience ever! They deserve all the praise honestly.
