It is important to us at LuxWax to try and accommodate our clients as much as possible. To achieve this we abide by a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments whether made via email, in person, online or by telephone. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer you a more convenient time and help you avoid a cancellation fee.
Failure to notify LuxWax at least 24 hours before the treatment will result in the loss of the appointment and the loss of the payment.
No shows will automatically require a deposit of £20 or 20% (whichever is the greatest) for any future appointments.
Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information we collect from you. We subscribe to the principles of UK data protection legislation. We do not share any of your personal information with any third party organisations.
Refunds or exchanges for skincare items are not possible as they cannot be re-sold.
